How the numbers are calculated

MTTR is the mean days from opened to closed, over closed items only. The median is shown alongside because one long-running item can skew the mean.
Closed within target is the share of closed items closed in no more than the target days for their priority.
Open past target counts open items whose age on the as-of date is more than the target days.
Dates are whole calendar days. The as-of date defaults to your local date and can be set to any past day to re-run the figures.
